					<description>It's just a really common Chinese dish.  I guess it just is what it is.  It's easy to make, colorful, and tastes good.  It shouldn't be too sweet or anything.  The salt and sugar are just there to enhance flavor, or it'll be kind of bland.  Maybe you can make it yourself and see what it's like!</description>
