Dick Cheney shoots someone!

More freakitude from the US government.¬† I’m so suspicious of these people now that¬†I can barely believe it was an accident.¬†

Here’s the beginning, from AP:

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Vice President Dick Cheney accidentally shot and wounded a companion during a weekend quail hunting trip in Texas, spraying the fellow hunter in the face and chest with shotgun pellets.

    For this incident I’m now trying the conspiracy theory on for size.Any alternative views,MF?

    Oh, I doubt it was a conspiracy, really. It’s just such unimaginable stupidity. I know when you shoot with buckshot, a lot of little pellets come out of the gun at once, but the guy was hit with 300! It sounds like Cheney pulled the trigger several times. How long would it take him to realize there was a tall person in a bright orange vest standing in front of his gun?

    If there IS any sort of conspiracy at play here, it is one to try to get another Bush in the White House for eight years. I’m thinking Cheney may be tapped to run for president with Jeb Bush as VP. Then, soon after election, Cheney will die of a heart attack, and Bush will automatically become president.

    Yours is such a hilarious scenario that it makes for perfect political thriller raw materials.While incredible,it’s not entirely impossible I’d say.Cuz as we all know,from experience or intuition,as far as Bush and bush cronies are concerned,everything goes,if it suits their partisan interests.
