I did manage to spend one Andy Lau-less day, Thursday, when I went to class and then immediately got on a train for Hangzhou. By the evening of the next day, though, I’d run across one of his movies on TV, then found he was on the cover of a major Chinese entertainment magazine, which I saw again the next day.
