Pirate copies of Harry Potter and the Halfblood Prince are already on sale outside of my school. They’re 25 RMB apiece, whereas the real copies are 170. They are the English edition of the book — the Chinese version won’t be released until next month, and will probably be available in bootleg form immediately, too — or even before the legit one comes out.
